Unforgettable Moment - PROSPEK XVII?

This moment is the most unforgettable moment in my lifetime. Because you know what? In this moment we learnt so much important things that will be used someday. What is it called? It is called PROSPEK. PROSPEK is Program Sepekan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. It is one of the program that the 9th graders must do in my junior high school. The event lasted for 8 days in Dusun Cikeusi, Desa Cinangsi (village), Kecamatan Cisitu (sub-district), Kabupaten Sumedang (district).

A. Preparation

It began in December 2015. 17's Fraternity (my generation in Salman Alfarisi) decided the structure of the commitee. My friend, named Ghayyath, was the head of the commitee. I was the coordinator of charity program division and the members were about 9 persons. We organized about nine-kinds-of-basic-need packages, a bazaar for worthy clothes, and Jumsih or we used to call it Jumat bersih. We also collected the donations for those events. We had to manage our time since we had to
study for national exam in May 2016, performing arts presented by 17's Fraternity (for art final examination), and PROSPEK. Almost every week we held a meeting to discuss about this event. We had to look for the budget that we found ourselves and we had to plan the event very well to attract the people there. We arranged and prepared this event since December 2015 until May 2016.
We had national exam on 16th - 19th of May 2015. The next week, we had a final preparation for PROSPEK because we leaved Bandung the next week, so we just had the preparation for one week. We were given thoughts about the events in each division from our teachers and packed all the things we should bring there. We also had a chance to practice how we would run the event.

B. D-Day

We had an unformal opening in my junior high school. After that, we were divided into groups for the departure. At first, we went to Cicaheum to take a minibus with the other 2 groups. We had been travelling by minibus for about 3 hours until we arrived. We had to walk in to the village because the minibuses couldn't go in. We walk through the ricefields, and many ups and downs.

Time is up! I can't finish this, so maybe another time I can continue this.
